Oikosimo connects travelers with hosts offering holiday accommodations and related services across Greece. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for complying with applicable laws, including local tourism and tax regulations.

Listings, availability, and prices are set by hosts. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from Oikosimo. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post misleading content, or engage in fraud or abusive behaviour.

Privacy policy summary

We process personal data to operate the platform, manage bookings, communicate with you, and improve our services. This includes contact details, account information, booking history, and technical data such as IP address and device information.

Data is shared with hosts for confirmed bookings and with payment providers to process transactions. We retain data as long as necessary for legal, accounting, and operational purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to applicable law (including GDPR).

Host & traveler disclaimer

Oikosimo is an intermediary platform. We do not own, manage, or control listed properties. Hosts are solely responsible for their listings, compliance with local regulations, and the condition and safety of accommodations. Travelers are responsible for verifying listing details, travel requirements, and insurance needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by Greek law, Oikosimo is not liable for disputes between hosts and travelers, property conditions, cancellations beyond our control, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
